The building permit has been modified. What do I need to be covered?

If your home has undergone modifications or legalizations, such as an increase in total area (extension of square meters), addition of new rooms or spaces, changes to the layout, or any other work that affects the original building permit, you’ll need to inform us and provide the relevant documents that confirm the legality of these changes (e.g., updated building permit, engineer’s legalization certificates, etc.).
