More specifically, during the quotation process, we’ll ask you for some basic details about your home. If the property:
was built before 1960
is not constructed with reinforced concrete
has undergone any modifications/regularisations
does not have a flat roof or tiled roof
then you’ll need to provide supporting documents, such as:
Building permit
Engineer’s certificate
Structural study (if available)
Legalization documents (if modifications were made)
Our underwriting team will review these documents to determine whether we can proceed with an offer.
