It’s a new payment method for your car insurance, offered only by Hellas Direct.

With the FlexiPay instalments plan you can insure your car for a year, with monthly policies that are automatically renewed and paid for each month through direct debit.

To put it simply, it is not a loan and no credit card is necessary. For the time being, this payment method is available only for car insurance.

All you have to do is choose a 12 month duration for your car insurance policy and then select FlexiPay as the payment method. The 1st instalment is made upon purchase of the policy.

With each instalment you buy a monthly contract with a predetermined price according to your instalment plan. 5 days before the expiry of each contract, we will inform you of your next instalment's payment date.

Payment is automatically made by standing order 3 days before the current contract expires.
At the end of the 12-month instalment plan you automatically get a plan renewal offer for the next 12 months.

If there is any problem with a payment, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

This means that, if we can’t process a payment on the 1st try, we will make 3 more attempts until your current policy expires. Of course, we will notify you for everything you need to know.

If we can’t process the payment until the last day of the current policy, then the current policy will expire, the next policy will not be issued and the FlexiPay instalments plan will be cancelled, with no extra cost for you.
