# How can I get the ENFIA discount?

If you are an individual and your home insurance meets the [requirements](/docs/en/what-are-the-requirements-for-the-enfia-discount), the discount will automatically be applied to next year's property tax. For example, if you insured your home in 2024 for more than 3 months, the property tax that you will pay in 2025 for that home will be reduced.
